If it weren't for the beer I don't know what I would rate this... I'm only joking, the food here is good especially the spaetzle, brats, and other German items. Nothing is particular stands out, but nothing really offended my palate as well. Its in a nice location in Merrek Park, and the beer is always cold. If anything I'd say this would be an interesting place for bar food. I've seen German food better represented elsewhere but this is as Oktoberfest as you're going to get in Miami.
